SUICIDE MISSION

1 CORINTHIANS 9.27 
I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should. Otherwise, I fear that after preaching to others I myself might be disqualified. (NLT)

MEDITATION
Make your body your slave not your king. Allow it only what it needs and not all it wants. It's not everything nice that is healthy. 
If we don't discipline our appetite, it will disqualify us midway into our race.
Obesity and gluttony is suicide mission

 PRAYERS 
Father help me to discipline my appetite. To eat for strength not for fat in Jesus name

PROPHETIC ALERT
From today, every unhealthy desires and uncontrollable appetite is rebuke in Jesus name
