Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.

MEDITATION
 
If you don't mind your habit, you will become a rabbit. We are all photocopies of our routine practices.
If you want to soar like eagles, don't eat like chicken.
Beware of your habits!

PRAYERS
Father, deliver me from every unhealthy habit that does not please you and grow my destiny in Jesus name
